Example venue hire fees and terms of booking:
- Whole Hall: £50.00 per hour
- Deposit: £100.00
- Use of stage: £25.00
- Caretaker clearing: £50.00

Terms and Conditions of Hire
- The deposit is payable on booking and will be returned after the event, less deductions for any breakages, damage or cleaning incurred.
- The full hire fee is payable one month before the event.
- Crockery and cutlery included by prior arrangement
- Only drinks purchased at the bar may be consumed on the premises. By prior arrangement only wine and champagne may be supplied by the hirer for which SportsAble will make a corkage charge of £2.50 per bottle.
- The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, and all food removed from the premises.
- Any decorations should be attached to the walls using blutack only.
